So let's dive in this together. Rise higher with one breath and one whisper at a time.  So, what is Wellness Whispers? My new coaching platform, it's been in the works for some time. As you know, I went and paused everything and went back to school to get the certification, a national, um, board certified.  And it not only feels perfect moment to share this with you, it's the idea of what Wellness Whispers is.

It came to me as I was reflecting on how often wellness isn't this loud, booming force that shakes us into action. Instead, it comes as a very soft whisper, gently guiding us to pay attention to the parts of ourselves that need healing, nurturing, and love.  Cause no matter what, you're your own best healer.

You're your own best knowing of your body. And that's why I chose coaching. It's a platform that helps you listen to those whispers, allowing them to lead you towards transformation.  And why is coaching essential? It's  because it acts as a mirror. It reflects back the truths we may not always want to see, but we need to face and we know is there.

And Spark, those truths often lie in the shadows that we carry. Why coaching is essential for growth? Well, coaches is like a guide who walks beside you. Helps illuminate the dark corners of your life, the parts of yourself that you've hidden away. It helps you highlight those good pieces within you that you haven't allowed to shown and have a voice.

It helps you work through some of the shadow pieces that have been harry So we have this housing structure. They think they've been buried and hidden for a long time. We all have those shadow aspects. Errors in our life were pain, fear and limited belief live. When they may be uncomfortable. They hold so much power and potential for growth.

Moving through our shadows is where real transformation happens, but you don't have to do this part alone. That's where a coach comes in.  And my work as a coach, I've seen how having someone walk with you on that journey can make all the difference. Coaching offers accountability, compassion, and a safe space to explore these hidden parts of ourselves.

It helps us not only acknowledge our shadows, but also integrate them in turning what once held us back into a thing that propels us forward. And wellness isn't just about the physical body.  It's a deeply spiritual energetic experience. In the metaphysical realm, we understand that everything is energy.

Our thoughts, emotions, and even the experience we move through all carry an energetic frequency. This energy can either uplift us or weigh us down, which is why it's important to consciously work with and shift our energy.  One of the most accessible and powerful ways to shift energy is through the use of crystals.

Crystals  are natural amplifiers of energy, each carrying its own unique vibration frequencies, the physioelectric properties that it has. By working with crystals, you can support your energetic alignment, move towards healing that resonate with the deeper spiritual part of yourself.  And when we work with shadow work, In deep healing, it's important to use these little tools.

They're there to help us. They want to help.  And some of the ones that I recommend working with is black tourmaline and black obsidian.  Black tourmaline is known for its protective qualities. It's like a shield that blocks out negative energy while grounding us in the present moment. This is especially helpful when you're doing inner work, processing heavy emotions, or feeling energetically drained by others.

You can blaze black tourmaline near your workspace and keep it in your pocket or meditate with it. It helps absorb unwanted energy. I literally do not go outside the house without black tourmaline. It is one of the core stones that I work with and I give it out like candy because it's one of my favorite stones with the energy that it does.

One of my other ones that I've really developed a deeper connection with and understanding is black obsidian. It's a powerful stone for confronting the shadows within. It's known as a mirror stone because it brings deep truths to the surface.  So if you're not wanting to see those truths, don't work with this stone.

I'm just telling you. But I always want to see the truth. I want to make choice from a place of clarity and truthfulness. So I wear the stone, or I work with it in meditation, so I can have that truth be known. The stone allows us to face what we have suppressed or avoided. This crystal is amazing for clearing away emotional blockages and helping you navigate difficult moments with clarity.

Who doesn't want that?  Um, I think having clarity is really important when we're navigating these pieces of ourselves and with others, because you can make a choice from truth and not from assumptions, not from trauma response, but from that clarity.  I often place black obsidian on my altar, or keep it nearby when I'm journaling to reflect, to go into those deeper emotions.

Now, how do you work with these crystals? It's important to clear and charge them regularly. They're like an iPhone, like I always say. Um, if you're not charging your iPhone, you're not going to get a connection. Well, the same with our crystals. You've got to clear them, you've got to charge them, you've got to set that intention.

Whenever you get a new crystal, clear it. Put it in both your hands and go right to your heart chakra and set the intention of what you want that stone. So black obsidian. I want to see clearly. I want to see the truth in all aspects, in all directions. And let that go. Come into you.  So cleansing's really important.

You can cleanse 'em with smoke, sound, moonlight. You just want them functioning at their highest vibration. I love charging my crystals under the full moon. Anyone knows? Um, I love the moon and it's energy and it's representation to me is that we're always in phases. We're always in different parts. We're not always full.

We're not always. Life is not always about being this immensely happy, but it's learning to have  joy and gratitude, even in moments of chaos. And then beyond crystals, another profound practice is breathwork, and this is where the Cognitive Wellness steps in. And I'd like you to think of breathwork  as a bridge between the physical and the energetic bodies.

Your breath is a conduit for prana. Our life force energy. It's through intentional breathing that we can release stuck energy and draw in fresh healing energy.  It's just more than air filling our lungs. It's the very essence of life itself.  In many ancient traditions in my Ayurvedic class, we've learned how sacred breath is.

It is recognized as prana, literally meaning life force energy. Prana  is what sustains us, it energizes, it connects us to the universe. In the atmosphere there's electric ions and protons and atoms and all that stuff going on ahead of us and when we intentionally breathe that in, we're recharging our energetic body.

With that energy, that essence, it sustains us, it energizes us, it connects us to the universe, it flows through every living being, and when we engage in conscious breath work, we're not only nourishing our physical body, but we're also activating and balancing this vital life force energy. I mean, come on, just take a breath right now.

I encourage you to take a deep breath in.  One more, just one more.  Feel that energy, how it shifts and calms and brings down that center.  It's so powerful,  yet so simple.  Just remember to breathe. We all have those smart watches. When it tells you to breathe, take those breaths through the day. Recharge, recharging into your body, into your space.

I want you to think of each inhale as a way to draw in that prana life force.  It's the energy that fuels your body, mind, and spirit, and with each breath, you're not just bringing in oxygen.  You're bringing in universal energy, consciousness,  love, life, the essence of creation itself.  I bet you didn't look at it like that before, huh?

And when we hold that breath, we allow the energy to settle and circulate within us, nurturing every cell.  And with every exhale, we release what no longer serves us. We're releasing, like, toxins from our body, from our breath, from all of that.  Whether it's physical tension, emotional stress, or just stagnant energy.

We don't want that in our space. We want that gone. We want that out of there. Get up. We're evicting you.  By practicing breath work, we'll become more attuned to the flow. of this life force energy, aligning ourselves with the natural rhythm of the universe. It's a way to connect with our innate power, to feel grounded in the presence, and bring more of that energy into every aspect of our being.

The breath, quite literally, is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual. Grounding us into our body while opening us up to the vast energy of the Cosmo.  And so one transformative, um, breath where practice I wanna teach you is the four, seven, and eighth breath.  This is a grounding technique that calms the nervous system and brings you back into your body, which is essential when we're doing deep inner work or feeling overwhelmed by external energies.

And then this is how you do it.

Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four.  One, two, three, four, and as you breathe in, imagine drawing in healing light and energy. This is the inhale of intention.  And then when, you're going to hold your breath for a count of seven. And if you're not used to doing breath work, this can be a little bit of a challenge.

But I challenge you today.  to kind of push past those comfort zones. So hold your breath for seven. And in this pause, visualize the healing light expanding in your body, filling every cell with warmth and clarity. So let's go ahead and breathe in for four. One, two, three, four, and then hold for seven. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven.

And then release. Now we're going to teach you the third part of this one.  When we exhale, next time. We're going to slowly do it through our mouth for a count of eight, and as you breathe out, release any of the stagnant energy,  fear, tension, imagine it all releasing from your body and returning to the earth to be transmuted.

Okay, this next one we're going to do all three steps. So breathe in for four. One, two, three, four. Hold. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Now breathe out for eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. 7, 8. Yay!  You did it! I'm so proud of you. Now feel, connect, see how different your body feels just from doing that one time.

Feel it more relaxed, more centered, more balanced.  That's just from one breath that you just did. And now imagine doing that when you're at work and you're having a stressful day or you're in traffic and it's that back to back traffic Denver is known to have.  Utilize it. Make it become part of your things.

Um, when your partner or your kids say something that triggers you, you can take a moment to do that breath so when you react, it's not a reaction out of anger, it's more out of an action. I'm more centered and balanced. Use this. It's a wonderful tool for realigning your energy, calming your mind, centering your spirit.

How? Whenever I feel disconnected or notice myself spiraling into anxious thoughts, I take a few minutes to do this breath. It's like an energetic reset button that brings me back into alignment and trust me. I'm human.  Sometimes I need that alignment several times a day.  And if you ever want to even go deeper, You can combine breath work with visualization.

On the inhale, you can imagine breathing in not only light, but also the energy of the earth, grounding yourself into the present moment. And as you hold the breath, visualize this grounding energy merging with your own, stabilizing and balancing you. And as you exhale, picture any energetic cords that are draining you being released, leaving you lighter and more aligned.

We can always add different layers to our breath work. And I love  that nothing is ever set. It's always fluid and flexible. That's what I love about Spirit. It's never a set direction or one way. It has to be this or it has to be that. It's like, no, just start some of the process and the intention around it and you're, you're going for it, right?

And so what's beautiful is when we combine both the crystals and the breath work together  and you offer your way to connect with the energy that is tangible and intentional. Whether you're holding a crystal and focusing on your breath, it helps these practices connect to the energetic flow of the universe and remind you of your ability to shift, release, and heal in that moment.

How beautiful is that?  The combination of these tools together can make a very sacred energetic space where deep transformation occurs. When we tap into these practices, we're not just healing our physical level. We are recalibrating,  hear that again,  we are recalibrating our energetic field  and it's aligning us to higher vibrations and creating a harmonious  balance between mind, body, and spirit, and you will hear me say this a hundred times, and you'll hear me say a hundred more.

We are more than this physical mass body. We are,  we have our energy bodies, which is so much more, which is our auric fields, our meridians. Our emotions, our, our chakras, our emotional, mental, and spiritual are all energetic. There's only one that's physical and this is that physical mass reality of this dimension.

And I know it feels like that's all there is because we're immersed in this mass dimension. But once we start expanding our awareness out of that, man, the universe is awesome.  It's a cosmically open space for possibilities and expansion of mind, body, and soul.  That's the work I've literally been doing on so much the last three years of inner immersive healing and learning and, and growth and not being limited by my physical body.

I'm going to be sharing with you some of my personal limitations or what I tell myself is my physical limitations and learning to expand outside of that energetic being of connection and the cosmos and the, the universal love  and those are other stories to tell,  but I can't wait to, to share them with you because there are stories that I want to, I want to share.

So the other question is, how do we bring this all together? Well, the beauty of this work is that wellness is not one dimensional.  True healing happens when we address all aspects of ourselves, the mind, body, and spirit. For the mind, the mind is where our beliefs live, and often it's where the shadows first make themselves known.

By working with the mind, we can start to untangle these limiting beliefs. I often recommend journaling, especially during shadow work. Journaling gives you the space to reflect on what thoughts are driving your behaviors and what old stories may be ready to shift. and where we carry our negative self talk.

You know, how many times a day do you catch your negative self talk? I'm going to challenge you again. Really pay attention today and listen to where do I negative self talk and what does that look like for you?  And I, you know, give me, you know, text me or write it up, you know, send me things. I want to know where you notice your negative self talk shows up in your life and how you've challenged it.

That's the biggest thing. How have you challenged this negative self talk to not be your driver?  To not control your reactions and your emotions.  Okay, second one, for the body. The body holds everything, just like I said, we're immersed in this 3D mass reality. It holds the stress, it holds the trauma, it holds the joy.

So we must move and honor the body in our wellness practice with gentle movements like yoga. Even daily stretching helps the energy flow freely through the body. Releasing what no longer serves you. The body craves movement, but it also craves stillness. Giving yourself time for both is key to finding balance.

So movement can look like many things. Even going on for a walk, using the vibration plates, which I can tell you I love because I can feel the difference in my lymphatic system moving and grooving. Even when I was working out, I didn't get the movement in my lymphatic system that I am now with the vibration plate.

We can work out, we can do somatic, Pilates, yoga, even simple stretching, your body needs movement.  But the other piece of that, remember, we're, we're, we're, we're both of light and shadow. We're both of positive and negative energy. We don't have just one or the other. We need to find a balance between the two.

the two and the neutral point. So we also have to have what's called stillness. And what does that mean? That means rest. That means giving your body that time  to recharge, refocus, re center. It's okay to use that wonderful world. No,  not today. Or no, I can't put that on my plate. That's that's too much. Or it's going into meditation.

It's going into breath work.  It's going into the stillness of just being.  Why I love Sweat Lodge so much, it reminds me of the still point within.  Because you're in the darkness in the lodge, and even though we have song and prayers going in, it quiets my mind in a way that sometimes I'm not always able to do in this mass world.

But through meditation and mindfulness,  I now love silence more than anything. It's one of my favorite places to be. My husband laughs at me because he'll come in when I'm in the shower and the lights are completely dark and I'm just in silence and he's like, what are you doing? And I'm like, I'm enjoying the nothingness,  just the nothingness, filling the warm water, hitting and cleansing, and I'm just present in that moment.

That's what silence is to me.  Our next piece is for the spirit, right? This is where we bring the deeper work. Spirit connects us to the divine, the universe, or whatever higher power you resonate with,  and when we align with our spirit, we find peace in the present moment, no matter what is happening externally.

Like, rituals, lighting a candle with intention, or creating a simple morning practice  are beautiful ways to connect with your spirit and then invite sacred energy into your everyday life.  People come into my home and they're like, your spirituality is everywhere. And I'm, yeah, cause it's every part of me.

It's every part of me. There's no separation. There's no  complimentalizing, like, this is this and this is that.  It took me years to become okay that it is a part of me and it's who I am and I hope to guide you towards that as well.  When we bring all these elements together, mind, body, and spirit, it creates a holistic approach to wellness.

Hear that again. It creates a holistic approach to wellness. And this is how we truly heal. This is how we transform.  So, before we close today, I'd love to hear from you. What part of your life feels like it's whispering for attention?  Is it in your mind, body, or spirit? Are you hearing those gentle calls to make a shift?

I really encourage you to take a moment and reflect to me and tell me your thoughts. Post when I put this out on social media on that. I want to hear from you. I want to know your gentle whispers that are going on and I just want to express my extreme excitement for the wellness whispers.  It will be officially launching in mid October and I'll be able to take FSA and HSA accounts.

This means more access for you to take the steps forward to prioritizing your wellness.  I truly believe that everyone deserves a life that feels aligned and whole, and I'm here to support you on that path and what that looks like.  I also want to give you a sneak peek into some upcoming topics. Our next episode, we'll dive into the emotional release and adaptability and changing times.

Whoa,  that sounds like a big heady thing. But what does that mean? It's meaning how do we bring our emotional intuitiveness,  our IQ into all these changing chaotic times that we're going through,  you know, with the rising costs of things, climate concerns, job uncertainties.  It's more important, now more than ever, to develop emotional resilience and we'll also explore some grounding practices in that as well.

Crystal healing, another part two to hollowing spookiness with Hannah.  And how we're going to also talk about protecting your energy during the seizing of shifting and the luminal veil, um, getting thinner at this time through chaos. It kind of can bring up some, Oh, I don't know about this.  And we'll also share some mystical Halloween tips to keep your vibes high.

It's going to be playful, lighthearted, and fun and spooky adventure stuff. And I hope you tune in. We'll And I want to thank you for being here,  for sharing this space of growth and transformation with me. Remember, you guys have pushed me to move towards these new things, to be a better healer, teacher, guide.

You name it, you guys have pushed me there.  And whether you're working through your shadows or aligning your energy, or simply being present with your breath, every step forward is a step toward healing and wholeness. So, don't forget all the calls of actions I've asked you to do with breath work, challenging those negative thought patterns.

Invest in your own healing. And really start connecting with like minded people who are also on your wellness journey. I look forward to our continued journey together, both here and on the podcast. New spaces we're about to create. Until next time, take care of your mind, body, and spirit. And remember, the whispers of the wellness are always within you, guiding you towards your higher self.

Stay well, my sparks of joy.
